2. Where this policy applies
This policy applies to the website nordrivetransfers.com and to bookings, quotes and enquiries made through the website, WhatsApp, telephone or email.
3. What data we collect
- Contact details: name, telephone number, email address, company name and VAT number if you ask for an invoice.
- Booking details: pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time, number of passengers and luggage, child seat needs, flight number or tail number, and your notes.
- Booking, payment and invoice records, including payment status. Card details are entered with the payment provider (for example Stripe) and we do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Communications with us by WhatsApp, telephone and email, and reviews you leave.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, which is processed when you visit the website.
4. Where we get data from
Mainly from you. We may also receive booking details from a company, hotel, travel agency or event organiser that books on your behalf, and technical data from your browser.

6. Who we share data with
We share data only where needed: with the driver or subcontracted drivers assigned to your trip, booking platforms, travel agencies and hotels that booked for you, payment processors, airport service providers such as FBO Riga, IT and hosting providers, professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
7. Transfers outside the EU and EEA
Some of our providers, for example Google, Meta (WhatsApp), Stripe and our hosting provider, may process data outside Latvia or the European Economic Area. Where this happens we rely on safeguards such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
8. How long we keep data
Booking, payment and invoice records are kept for the periods required by Latvian accounting and tax law. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. We may keep data longer to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, investigate fraud or handle chargebacks. When data is no longer needed it is deleted, anonymised or securely disposed of where practical and legally permitted.
9. Security
We use technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, loss and misuse, and limit access to staff and contractors who need it. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. This website: cookies and third-party services
The website uses only a small amount of cookies and browser storage that are needed for it to work and to load pages quickly (for example, remembering your choices and caching content). It does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not use tracking pixels. If we introduce them, we will ask for your consent first. Some features load content from third parties, which may receive your IP address and technical data:
- Google Fonts, which provides the typefaces used on the site.
- Google Maps Platform (Places), which suggests addresses as you type in the booking form and may show our Google rating. The text you type in an address field is sent to Google to return suggestions.
- WhatsApp, if you send your booking request through the link on the booking page. The message is then handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider, which processes server logs such as IP address and request time to deliver and secure the website.
- nordrivetransfers.com, from where some partner logos are loaded.
You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings.
12. Fraud prevention
To protect you and us, we may verify bookings, refuse or cancel suspicious bookings, restrict access, keep relevant records and cooperate with payment providers and authorities.
13. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We process a child's data, such as age, weight and height for a child seat, only as needed to provide the service and only with the information you give us.
14. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that significantly affect you.
15. Complaints
