Can a company get a VAT invoice?

Yes. Add the company name and VAT number when you book. Corporate billing for regular business travel is available on request.

Do private clients need an account?

No. Send a booking request and we confirm it, usually within minutes.

By card through a secure payment link. Companies can be invoiced.

You can cancel free of charge and receive a full refund more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up. Within 24 hours, contact us directly and we assess each case individually. A no-show is non-refundable.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, on request. Tell us the child's age, weight and height when you book so we can confirm availability.

Can you serve large groups?

Yes. Several vehicles or the 19-seat Sprinter, which needs 3 days' notice.

Payment and invoices

Payment is by card through a secure payment link, and companies can be invoiced. Prices are fixed per vehicle at booking and include VAT where applicable, with no taximeter and no hidden costs.
